"My passion is to use my words to paint pictures that create aha - moments and thus give each individual an opportunity for change."

Why a lecture?
Sometimes only a small impulse is missing, an "Aha moment" to bring change towards a more positive state!
I offer you entertaining, informative and rousing speeches on the following topics:
Your flexible immune system

Health means flexibility - our immune system has the task of protecting us from viruses and bacteria every day, but also to differentiate between friend and foe and not to become "too" active that it can harm us.
How it does all of this and how we can support our immune system to remain flexible is what you will find out in my exciting and entertaining lecture with a lot of practical knowledge and simple hands-on exercises that have direct effects.
The toolbox for more focus & productivity

In this lecture you will find out which scientifically proven tips and tricks you use to say "goodbye" to constant stress and how you can bring more clarity and energy into your daily work. I'll show you a system that is easy to implement in any setting and delivers measurable results with the first building block! Do not forget pen & paper, because this lecture is packed with content and knowledge, which will be very valuable for you if you want to change something in your everyday work!

Our genes contain the blueprints for our life. Yet these blueprints are tens of thousands years old and especially in the last 150 years, our lives and our environment have changed in such a way that there is often a mismatch between the evolutionary benefits of our physiology and today's lifestyle. The consequences are very obvious: cardiovascular diseases, depression, type 2 diabetes or other chronic diseases, to name just a few. In this exciting lecture I will take you on a journey through our evolution as a human being and show you how we can live in harmony with our genes again and how we can effectively prevent chronic diseases.
Movement is medicine

Movement is in our DNA - our entire body is designed to move. So it stands to reason that a lack of exercise - especially sitting time - is one of the greatest risk factors for the development of diseases. That movement is not necessarily the same as sport. In this lecture you will learn how more health, energy and well-being can be achieved with only small movement impulses.
