I am a former competitive athlete, sports scientist and therapist for clinical psycho-neuro-immunology and I offer you my expertise for your health and performance in work, sport and everyday life.

I have been working in the health sector for over 14 years and have been able to gain experience in both competitive sports and therapy. My drive was and is above all the curiosity and fascination to understand the mechanisms of action of health and thus to pass on the really effective building blocks in my mentoring to people who are motivated to change.
